Project Assistant Intern
We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Assistant intern to help drive our mission of creating innovative solutions for societal challenges. In this role, you’ll be a key support to our team, allowing our core staff to focus on developing new project proposals, services, and expanding our network of change-makers!
Ways in which you’ll help:
- Conduct research to support EaSI’s initiatives
Assist in drafting, editing, and finalizing reports
Assist with daily project management and administrative tasks. - Support the organization of meetings, preparation of documentation, and tracking of project progress.
- Contribute to project proposals that aim to provide creative solutions to societal problems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
We’re looking for:
- A proactive, organized individual with a passion for social innovation and creating positive change.
Strong English writing and communication skills
Attention to detail, creativity, and an interest in social innovation
An interest in contributing innovative ideas to address societal issues.

Communications Assistant Intern
We are excited to welcome a creative Communications Assistant Intern to our team. In this role, you’ll play an essential part in communicating our mission of solving societal problems through social innovation, supporting our core staff to develop groundbreaking projects, services, and expand our network.
This is how you’ll help us:
- Create and manage engaging content for digital platforms, newsletters, and social media.
- Assist in crafting clear, compelling messages that highlight our projects and their impact on society.
- Support the organization of internal and external communications, including events and press releases.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure our communications amplify the message of innovative solutions for societal challenges.
It’s you we’re looking for if:
- You are a creative and detail-oriented communicator with a passion for social innovation.
- Have excellent writing, editing, and digital communication skills.
- Strong English writing and communication skills
- Have an eagerness to contribute ideas that help address societal problems.
- Are familiar with social media platforms and tools like Canva, Benchmark, Mailchimp etc.
- Nice to have: Portuguese / Brazilian language skills

EASI Star Volunteer
Are you a changemaker at heart? Do you want to use innovation to make a change and inspire others? Every big dream starts with small steps.
We’re thrilled to launch the EASI Star Volunteer Innovator call – an opportunity for personal and professional growth for individuals who wish to drive social innovation through volunteer action. This is your chance to shine, share your story, and inspire a Europe-wide community of dreamers, doers, and game-changers.
We’re looking for someone who will help us with:
- Research activities to support EASI’s initiatives
- Drafting, editing, and finalizing reports, papers, and other materials
- Contributing to designing visually engaging documents, presentations, and reports (Canva knowledge is desired)
- Supporting the team in organizing events and activities
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠:
- Good English writing and communication skills
- Attention to detail, creativity, and an interest in social innovation
- Availability to work 10 hours/week in a hybrid format
