YouthPioneer

Forging pathways to labour market integration through project design, mentoring and professional experience

Project description

YouthPioneer empowers young NEETs (aged 16–30) by boosting their soft and entrepreneurial skills through a unique blend of project design, mentoring, and work-based learning. Building on proven methods, the project introduces the YouthPioneer Model (YPM) — a multi-actor, multi-dimensional approach to tackling youth unemployment.

Through hands-on training, mentoring, and real-world projects, NEETs develop key skills like communication, leadership, and problem-solving. The project connects youth with local stakeholders, helping them co-create solutions for real needs, build confidence, and access meaningful career opportunities.

Objectives

YouthPioneer aims at promoting collaboration with relevant stakeholders, understanding young NEET’s aspirations, enhancing their soft and entrepreneurial skills, and at empowering youth NEET to play a key role in today’s evolving economy.
